Mountain Dew came to us with a unique question,: How do we reimagine the live show experience. We gave them a 2-part answer:
Part 1: We livestream the show to extend it's reach beyond the venue (sure, not completely novel, but wait for part 2).
Part 2: We give both audiences the power to affect the show in real time.
What was born of our whiteboard musings was Crwd Cntrl, a Shorty Award winning concert series that gave live music fans the unique chance to influence the show's setlist, request special shoutouts, face time with the headliner's mid-show and much more.
